thumbnail 美股盤前─指數期貨上漲 但油價下跌

盤前交易中，美國指數期貨上漲，顯示股市開盤可望走高。歐洲股市均上漲，德國DAX指數上漲逾1%。

但油價則下跌。美國原油約報每桶47美元，下跌2%。

過去幾個月，原油價格大跌逾50%，使得石油業與許多生產國受到壓力。

一項大型併購案，周一吸引了投資人的注意。

大藥廠Shire (SHPG-US)周日宣布，已同意以52億美元，併購美國生技公司NPS Pharma (NPSP-US)。此一現金交易相當於NPS每股46美元。

上周五，NPS股價收盤報41.91美元，今日開盤，可望上漲。

Shire股價則小幅走低。

本周，財報季將正式展開，美鋁(Alcoa)(AA-US)將於周一公布季報。

大型銀行，如美國銀行，高盛與摩根大通，將於本周稍後公布季報。

上周五，道瓊下跌近1%，或170點，S&P 500收低0.8%，Nasdaq下跌0.7%，結束了一周震盪的走勢。
