「日月明功」靈修虐殺案，10日彰化地院對日月明功創教主陳巧明和相關涉案人等共8人召開接押庭。其中陳巧明被法官認為有串證之虞、且涉犯本刑5年以上之重罪，遭裁定羈押禁見成唯一被還押的被告。陳巧明辯稱「詹淳寓的死是始料未及，我們都很愛他！」

詹生的姐姐表示，最欣慰的是媽媽回來了，對於記者提問是否原諒媽媽？她表示還是一家人，同時要求法官給其他虐殺弟弟的人給予最重量刑。

黃芬雀之前進法庭時，一路以起訴書掩面並低頭啜泣，還差點哭倒在法警肩上，面容流淚，不發一語。日月明功創教主陳巧明則高聲向外界喊冤意圖卸責，強調是黃芬雀要求他們隱滿真相，並表示大家很疼愛死者詹姓學生，對不起一干朋友被牽連。

陳巧明還對媒體喊冤，「我們的朋友都很善良，大家都不是故意的，大家都受傷了，請不要再炒作」。但法官認為陳巧明在詹生死後曾多次提領巨款，金額近2000萬元，且她唆使成員對詹生施暴，至今仍不認罪，因此裁定羈押禁見還押彰化看守所。
