運兵車採購弊案 檢訊涉案士官

（中央社記者王鴻國、王朝鈺新北市2日電）新北地檢署偵辦軍方裝甲運兵車變速箱採購弊案，今天南下陸軍兵工整備發展中心約談涉案士官，以釐清案情。

檢方調查，聯合後勤司令部去年發包CM21裝甲運兵車63具變速箱，總經費約新台幣2600萬元，正興機電最後以2200萬元得標，

軍方共採購變速箱63具，其中40具存放在南投集集的陸軍兵整中心待撥發，23具已發交給陸軍裝甲旅使用。檢調懷疑，正興機電疑似將購得二手變速箱重新翻修打印後，混充為美規新零件交貨，牟取不法利益。

檢方去年12月兵分7路，分別前往台北市、新北市、桃園和台中等地，搜索公司和負責人住處，會同軍方重新檢測變速箱，結果新品竟多具檢測不合格。全案目前已聲押2名業者獲准。

檢調今天首度約談軍方人員，其中包括涉嫌協助得標廠商掉包測試品的黃姓士官，檢方查出業者疑涉勾結官兵掉包，無論軍方選定測試哪一具，最後一定用業者預先備妥的受測品測試。1030102
