iphone4 降回 IOS6

之前很順手的上了 IOS7，其實很大的問題在FACEBOOK之類的APP開啟要很久時間，

平常很少和電腦做ITUNES備份和同步，所以也沒網路上有些資訊說要備份的SHSH，

請問現在還有辦法降回IOS6嗎？IOS 6的JB也行，我只希望IP4可以回到之前IOS6執行APP的速度就行了...

PS:我還蠻喜歡IOS7的介面，只是IP4真的撐不太住呀...
