【大陸中心／綜合報導】雲南人稱黑松露為「無娘頭」或「無娘果」，意即埋藏在泥土裏的果實，另因豬隻愛吃，故亦稱作「豬拱菌」。

當地人在50年代，將它當作藥材壯陽補身， 煮法包括直接切片快炒、剁碎蒸蛋、炒蛋，以及切片燉雞湯，吃剩壞掉的松露用來餵豬，新鮮的黑松露保鮮期約10天，貯存時用泥土及紙巾包好，食用前不能沾水，否則容易變壞。
