標題[請問] PMP工時與工項預估的方法

最近做兩個PM都遇到同一個問題 就是遇到陌生的異業合作 只能就經驗所及的部分進行預估 而非預期風險導致人力成本遠超過預定範圍 專案結束後檢討發現 隨專案進度持續更新的Project表中 許多業主追加的工項Double了整體預定的工時 另外統包商與其他廠商的興建項目整合不周導致的預算和工期追加 以及因為監造單位審核龜速使業主被迫變更合約等 使得整體工時沒辦法有效的控管 請問有無可以針對權責外的風險 能進行有效追蹤量化的工具? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.234.39.153
