標題[問題] 該離職還是要求加薪

（建築繪圖行業） 在這間公司待了5個月多，面試時老闆說一到三個月可加薪，但是到現在也完全沒加半毛錢，但現在我已經可是帶兩個新人了，是否可要求加薪，但要怎麼開口跟老闆說要加薪？ 然後在上班的這幾個月，不斷的會接到要錢的電話，還不同人有一個還是說欠三千萬，有些還是登門來鬧，但老闆絕不出面，這樣的公司是不是不要待比較好？ 就因為一直接到要錢的電話，又讓我不敢開口要求加薪，覺得老闆已經欠那麼多了還跟他要求，他會不會瘋掉，但是他還有錢養小三… 到底是趕快離職好還是先要求加薪待個一年再離職好？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.160.120.52
