外資炒匯 遭證交所註銷資格

央行總裁彭淮南28號出席立院備詢，直言不允許外資在台灣違法炒匯，證交所下午立刻召開記者會，宣布註銷一家外國機構投資人交易資格，政府硬起來抵抗炒匯外資，不過針對友達董事長李焜耀日前暗諷，央行匯率政策就像鐵板一樣，彭總裁還是沒有讓步。

央行總裁彭淮南痛批外資不守法，外傳炒匯資金高達台幣一千多萬，總裁強調金額跟事實不符，央行已經轉交金管會處理，不過引起立委質疑，抓炒匯只是紙老虎，彭總裁才大喊對金管會有信心，證交所28行下午立即召開記者會證實，首次註銷ㄧ家外國機構投資人的交易資格，只透露炒匯外資5月在台申請開立4個戶頭，沒有揭露外資名稱及炒匯金額，政府部門連手制服炒匯禿鷹，態度硬起來，對苦苦喊話的面板業一樣不為所動。

雙面刃的匯率政策，彭總裁不讓步，不過台灣經濟成長，彭總裁直言台灣得走出去，力拼經濟成長也不忘提醒利率風險，彭總裁指出房貸占家庭收入比重高達30%，台北市更高達47%，未來的利率波動可能造成還款負擔，利率問題牽動房市，不過短期內會不會升息，還得由看通膨率和國內外經濟情勢，恐怕變數還是很大。
