NCC補助公有建物　立委質疑「散財」

為加速4G建設，政府3年撥150億元扶持該產業，立法院今天進行國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)預算審查時，立委管碧玲說，NCC的經費拿去給公有建物做土建，租給4G業者架設4G基地台，民眾住屋附近若有公有土地的土建，費用由政府出，她並點名其他部會也都拿錢做一些電磁波宣導或不必要的活動，明年總統選舉做散財之用。

NCC表示，3年22億元經費並非全部拿去做土建，主要還包括偏鄉4G建置、高抗災平台等，公有建物屋頂補助只是其中一小部分，讓部分公有建物可能因屋頂需要整修，以利建置基地台，因此補助屋頂整修費，並非土建。（徐毓莉／台北報導）
