【農民健康保險條例】民國102年01月30日修正 第十條 被保險人退保後再參加保險時，其原有保險年資應予併計。 ﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋ 【老年農民福利津貼暫行條例】 第三條 本條例所稱老年農民，應符合下列各款資格條件： 一、年滿65歲。 二、申領時參加農民健康保險之農民且加保年資合計6個月以上者 ﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋﹋ 想請問： 被保險人農保退保前的原有年資已達十八年 如果「老農津貼暫行條例」的農保加保年資由六個月修正為十五年通過 按照【農民健康保險條例】第十條 該名被保險人若在六十五歲前重新加入農保應當可併計退保前原有的十八年年資 並在六十五歲時順利請領全額老農津貼 也就是該名被保險人不受新修正案請領年資的影響 不知我這樣的理解是否正確？ 因為不知新修正案是要改成「加保年資合計十五年以上」 或「自加保日起算十五年以上」 謝謝解答者！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.23.111.189 ※ 編輯: sabinetw 來自: 163.23.111.189 (10/29 13:36)
