iPhone 5c 不是廉價版手機，Tim Cook：iPhone 4S 才是

Cd929809e80a2f6672209c5a8b09475a 必須承認，iPhone 5c 是被媒體謀殺的，它本不是一台廉價的機器，可自從「廉價版」的傳聞甚囂塵上，iPhone 5c 的價格與大眾眼中的價值便不可避免地出現了矛盾。

在周一蘋果公司的財報電話會議上，當被問及蘋果如何搶占低階智慧手機市場以及 iPhone 5c 的產品線地位時，Tim Cook 表示，蘋果從未將 iPhone 5c 作為開拓新興市場的低價選擇，真正入門機型是 iPhone 4S。

「我注意到一些消費者透過傳言認為 iPhone 5c 是入門級的 iPhone，但這從來不是我們的初衷，我們真正的入門機型是 iPhone 4S。從我此前的評論中，你們可以了解到 iPhone 4 的銷量有多好，我們已經開始在不同的地區測試更低的價格，我們看到了相當大的價格彈性。」

市場研究公司CIRP 的報告顯示，今年二季，當 iPhone 5 在所有 iPhone 銷量佔比為52% 的同時，iPhone 4 和 iPhone 4S 的銷量分別為 18% 和30%，也就是說，公司近一半的銷量來自老款產品。而在新興市場，iPhone 4 等老機型的銷量更是可觀。

蘋果的一貫的做法是當新產品推出，將上一代產品降價。當 iPhone 4S 發佈時，蘋果將 iPhone 4 的合約價降至 99 美元，而當 iPhone 5 發佈時，iPhone 4 的合約價直接降為零元。在 iPhone 5s 和 iPhone 5c 發佈時，iPhone 4S 直接代替了 iPhone 4 的地位，合約價降至零元。庫克希望將 iPhone 4 的成功延續在 iPhone 4S 上。

「如果你縱觀蘋果的產品線會發現，我們將 iPhone 4S 作為入門機型，iPhone 5c 作為中階，當然也包括 iPhone 5s。我們的目標是提升iPhone 的總體銷量。」

儘管 iPhone 5c 從來不是廉價 iPhone，但尷尬的處境恐怕還得繼續下去。

用戶的預期一旦被降低便不可逆，「廉價」的感覺已然消費者的心理價位中有所反映。就中國市場而言，受制於iPhone 5s 和 iPhone 5c 的配比問題，經銷商針對 iPhone 5s 的高需求和 iPhone 5c 的稍低需要，拉高價格賣 iPhone 5s，壓低價格賣 iPhone 5c。
