【動新聞】公司曾賣偽藥　連惠心本周約談

【胡治言／綜合報導】連戰長女連惠心出資創辦的菁茵荋生技公司，遭北檢發現去年菁茵荋曾因另兩項產品含西藥成分遭搜索，最後曾心怡被認定無主觀犯意獲不起訴。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，檢調查出，菁茵荋販售「美麗纖膠囊食品」與「美麗纖Plus膠囊食品」，早在前年就曾經被人檢舉含西藥成分，去年1月遭海巡署搜索，並將曾心怡列被告，檢方認定無法證明曾心怡明知產品含禁藥仍販售，將她不起訴。不過消基會董事長張智剛認為，兩人這次恐難再以「完全不知情」推托。

檢調今將再開會決定傳訊連惠心的時間與身分，最快本周約談。
