石世豪：4G競標年底前結束 4G競標昨(16)日進入第30天累計300回合，不同於過去6家競標業者集中出價1800MHz的5個 區塊頻譜，昨天700MHz、900MHz全部動起來；市場人士分析，4G競標進入收尾階段，距離 拍板決標時間點不遠了。 NCC主委石世豪昨日赴立法院備詢時表示，4G競標作業一定會在年底前結束。 另外，財政部長張盛和面對立委質詢時亦表示，今年整體稅收因為營所稅、證交稅短徵影 響，可能短徵600~800億元，不過由於4G釋照標金直逼千億元，可望彌補國庫短收缺口。 按照「行動寬頻業務管理規則」規定，得標業者得一次繳清4G得標底價、超過底價的拍賣 金可一次繳清或分10年攤提，與過去3G拍賣頻譜時，規範「頭期款」只須繳付拍賣總價的 30％不同。 因此，4G完成頻譜拍賣作業之後，年底之前國庫來自4G釋照挹注金額約在359億元左右， 其餘部份，目前業者普遍傾向10年分期繳庫，以避免一次性支出，衝擊今年整體獲利表現 ，也因此，近千億元的國庫收益、無法於年底之前全數繳庫。 http://ppt.cc/rNSZ 希望鴻海進入市場 增加這市場的競爭 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.232.228.24
