神隱多日終出面　戴勝益對消費者抱歉

在這次油品風波中，王品旗下包含王品牛排、西堤、陶板屋、藝奇新日本料理等4品牌都遭正義豬油掃中，不但衛生單位一度對王品說明透明程度不滿，董事長戴勝益始終神隱也遭外界議論，今戴首度透過商周專欄回應食安風波表示，「對消費者，真的非常抱歉」。

戴勝益在專欄中表示，即使同仁已盡力把關，全年送驗食材約400種，並且建立溯源措施，但仍有疏漏，「代表我們做得不夠好」，戴提到在這幾次食安事件中，總部危機處理不夠明快，「身為餐飲業經營者，我們沒有卸責的權利」。

對於後續處理方面，戴也提到除油品採用進口替代品外，也將食安部擴大為獨立部門。

戴在文中表示，面對危機，領導人要有3個基本態度：冷靜的心、公司活動照常、制度取代個人的判斷，似乎也在藉此解釋這幾天為何神隱退居第二線。戴也宣布在商周專欄將停止。（朱正庭/台北報導）
