全教產成立　盼教師發聲多元

國立教育廣播電台 – 

「全國教育產業總工會」（簡稱全教產）今天(17)正式成立，成為繼「全國教師工會總聯合會（全教總）」之後，第二個全國性的教師組織，全國教育產業總工會理事長黃耀南表示，期盼全教產的成立，讓教師族群有多元發聲的管道。

全國教育產業總工會17號舉行成立大會，成員包括：全國高級中等學校教育產業工會（全中教）、新北市中等教育教師職業工會等17個區域性工會，共有4萬多名會員，全教產理事長黃耀南表示，曾經是全教總的一員，但有感全教總運作方式以核心成員的意志為主軸，因此號召各教師工會成立全教產，期盼讓教師族群有多元發聲管道，未來全教產將主要經費和工會實力，保留在會員工會，各會員工會保有較大的獨立自主權，遇到共同議題再一起出力，目前針對「教師待遇條例」與「技職教育法」提出全教產的版本草案，希望立法院參採。

對於十二年國教議題，黃耀南理事長表示，建議基北區免試入學志願序群組，可從5個1組再擴大到10個1組，而「會考總積點」的超額比序項目，也建議採因地制宜，讓各免試就學區決定相關排序，不一定要放到最後才比。
