被控裝瞎詐理賠 陳敬鎧不認罪

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄7日電）前手球國手陳敬鎧被控裝瞎詐領理賠案，高雄地院今天再度開庭勘驗他被確診重度視障後與學童互動的光碟，但陳敬鎧仍不認罪。

陳敬鎧被控民國98年間騎機車，與施姓老師駕駛的車輛擦撞受傷，他隔年到醫院檢查時，佯裝視力受重創，取得「重度視殘」診斷書後，詐領保險公司理賠金新台幣483萬元。

高雄地院再度開庭勘驗光碟，內容包括陳敬鎧與參加活動的小朋友，在校園操場奔跑、追逐玩遊戲、示範運球等動作，甚至教女學生玩飛盤等，在沒有輔助工具下，行動自如，與常人沒兩樣。

蒞庭檢察官陳登燦說，光碟內容顯示陳敬鎧當時在視力0.01以下，卻有如此動作自如的能力，簡直「異於常人」。

陳敬鎧否認犯行，他辯稱，當時用力看東西，顏色會較清楚，加上體育選手的本能，經反覆訓練，這些動作難不倒他。1021007
