財政部今（7）日發布9月海關進出口貿易統計，出口值意外出現負成長，連帶也拖累第3季表現，年減0.8%，不過，電子產品出口78.3億美元，創下歷年單月新高，財政部也樂觀預期，由於正值年底旺季，10月份的情況應該會好轉，全年出口正成長應該沒什麼問題。

財政部統計，9月出口金額為252.5億美元，不僅較8月減少1.5%，更較去年同月減少7.0%，金額為近7個月最低，-7.0%的年增率也是近7個月最大減幅，主要是去年9月基期較高以及主要出口市場需求減緩所致。

財政部統計處處長葉滿足表示，9月電子產品出口78.3億美元，創下歷年單月新高，年增率1.0%，主要是積體電路出口成長2.8%；資訊與通信產品僅微幅回升，但手機增幅有48.2%，而手機及電話零件則是減少13.9%。

葉滿足指出，9月礦產品、光學器材等出口則較去年同月明顯萎縮，礦產品出口19.0億美元，減幅達2成，其中，汽油減少了2.0億美元，減幅有44.6%；光學器材出口15.8億美元，年減23.3%；機械產品中的工具機年減27.4%，更已是連續12個月負成長。

9月台灣對亞洲及美國等主要出口市場的表現也較去年同月明顯回降，僅對歐洲成長4.5%，使得第3季對亞洲出口轉為衰退1.1%，其中對大陸及香港就減少2.3%、日本減少3.6%、東協六國減少0.3%，對美國也減少2.1%，對歐洲出口在逐季回升下，第3季已轉為正成長4.8%。 (接下一頁)
