林郁方：馬釋善意 訴訟要看王金平

昨天馬總統拋出不抗告的訊息，黨內認為這是和解徵兆，為之振奮，國民黨立委林郁方說，馬總統昨天透過電話向他表示，不提抗告的確是要釋出善意，但之所以會提「訴訟照打」，是要回應，民眾不滿司法關說的期待和情緒，事實上，在這場民事官司中，國民黨是被動面對王金平所提的訴訟，要撤訴訟，還要王金平先點頭。

林郁方指出，不少人質疑總統，一邊不抗告，一邊訴訟照打，還希望速審速決，是一種沒有誠意的做法。馬總統告訴他，主要是因為國民黨被動面對這起訴訟，而且仍然有人認同司法關說是大是大非的事，不能突然無影無蹤。

林郁方也說，馬總統也有對他承諾，類似呼籲法院訴審速決這樣尖銳的字眼，以後不會再用。
