我覺得南崁房價過高，你覺得呢?

南崁這邊的房價都是被買不起雙北的台北客炒高的啦...
4年半前新成屋一坪還不到14萬,才短短幾年,現在新建案都開在30萬上下,
但還是一堆台北客前仆後繼地來買啊...
因為30萬和雙北動輒一坪4.50萬相比,還是便宜很多啊...
更何況有些雙北地區的通勤時間還比南崁到台北市中心還要久的咧!
所以現在南崁的房子本來就不是要賣給本地人...
