立委建議總統赴立院國情報告

因應立法院開議，馬總統以小規模座談邀請立委談論國事，今晚舉辦第四場座談，盧秀燕、楊瓊瓔、費鴻泰、蔡正元、孫大千、曾巨威、李貴敏七位立委出席，有立委建議總統考慮到立法院進行國情報告，闡述政策理念。

馬總統表示，若在合乎憲法明定的方式與精神，且不混淆總統與行政院長權責分際的前提下，他不會拒絕去立法院國情報告，不過，民進黨過去要求即問即答的質詢方式，這就會產生違背憲政體制的問題，更何況現在是否為合適的時機，也需要再行考量。 　有立委提出，媒體報導指資深媒體人南方朔因馬總統干預媒體，因此中國時報不登他的文章。馬總統表示，他不會干預司法，也絕不會干預媒體，南方朔撰文所稱的內容也「絕無此事」，根本沒有所謂的「滅王計畫」，更遑論會在過境美國時策劃此事。
