【綜合報導】立委田秋堇質詢檢察總長黃世銘表示，總統馬英九特別費一審判無罪後2天，曾永權找當時總長陳聰明要求不要上訴，算不算關說？黃世銘推稱，不太了解實情，沒法做認定，應由一審檢察官來認定，且該案不是特偵組辦的案件，也不宜認定。
 
田質疑監聽太多，沒有收到法院通知，是否有國會議員目前被監聽？黃世銘表示，柯建銘被監聽一事，法院昨天已發通知給柯；回去將調查立委被監聽人數，至少特偵組目前沒有。田認為特偵存廢有必要舉行聽證會，法務部代理部長陳明堂同意。
