黃世銘承認與總統討論案情　段宜康：「這就是滅王計畫」

國民黨「九月政爭」方興未艾！主導監聽案情、點燃政爭戰火的檢察總長黃世銘在今（25）日下午接受立委段宜康質詢時表示，曾在8月31日和9月1日連續兩天和總統馬英九討論案情，讓段宜康聞言痛批，「這就是滅王計畫」。

檢察總長黃世銘在今天下午接受質詢時首度坦承，自己曾在8月31日親自向總統馬英九就監聽所得情資，報告關說案情，隔日9月1日馬總統又再度將他找去「討論案情」，研究關說案究竟能否成立。

對此，立委段宜康憤怒表示，就整起案情，顯然馬總統是事先知情的，並且還知道特偵組9月6日要召開記者會公布案情，並與其討論案情，「這就是滅王計畫」；因此，痛批黃世銘歹毒，根本不是什麼司法鐵漢，而是恥辱。
