標題[問題] 請病假被暗示離職

因工作長時間用電腦，又是責任制， 肩頸背痠痛到不行去就醫， 診斷是肌膜炎併發頸椎退化關節炎等等， 拿診斷證明書跟公司請病假（醫師寫宜修養4週）， 主管說希望我自己思考身體狀況是否之後還可以繼續此職務，先讓我請2週，然後這2週內告訴他答案（暗示我自行離職的話）…… 當然我會思考這樣的偽責任制長工時高壓力是否身體還能負荷， 但這應該是在我請完病假後提出決定， 而不是不准我假並強烈暗示我自行離職吧？ 請問主管這樣不給請足以康復的時間的病假是合法的嗎？ 又，像這情況算職業傷害嗎？ 有辦法申請職災給付嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.198.113.215
