邱文達參加健康與經濟高階會議

2013APEC「健康與經濟高階會議」昨天在印尼峇里島召開，衛生福利部邱部長文達受邀針對「健康醫療體系再思考：第二代健保改革」主題發表專題演講，分享我國推動全民健保經驗。

邱文達也與汶萊衛生部長、印尼衛生部長及馬來西亞衛生部長進行雙邊會談。從今年從5月參與世界衛生大會以來，邱文達已經跟31個國家的衛生部長或代表雙邊會談，進行衛生專業領域交流。
