吳宜臻追報告法律依據　總長答不出

【綜合報導】立委吳宜臻尖銳質詢檢察總長黃世銘向總統報告的法律依據，黃世銘一再避答法律，以「關說案非常重大，會造成政壇動蕩才報告，並不是所有偵查中資料都保密，行政不法不需要」；吳認為黃沒法的根據卻向總統報告，應向國人道歉、自請調查、自送評鑑、停職、下台，黃回以「有錯才要道欺，沒有必要，我沒有做錯，努力做到任期為止」。
 
吳宜臻請法務部代理部長陳明堂回答針對刑案終結不起訴，卷證應保密嗎？資料可公開嗎，陳明堂明確回應，涉及刑事訴訟法、政府資訊公開法及個人資料保護法，一律偵查不公開，不宜，沒例外。
