2013/7 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/29202808 電話：(03)831-5800 地址：花蓮縣花蓮市明智街73號 離開花蓮還前還有一個地方要去 就是在花蓮頗有名氣的法式點心店 邊境的生意滿好的 沒有訂位的午後~都要稍等才有位置 店裡的裝潢很雅緻~ 在低溫的透明玻璃櫃裡~放著各樣蛋糕 從七星潭回來的炎熱下午 點了杯冰的蔓越莓冰茶 喝起來冰冰涼涼 又帶著微酸的味道 可以說是很好入口~ 一下子就喝掉大半杯~ 看了半天也不知道要選怎樣的蛋糕 因此男友選了一個鏡面的巧克力蛋糕 很像一顆球狀 當然裡面內有機關啦 切開之後的剖面圖 整個還滿有層次的 不過最下面還是用巧克力做基底 好在巧克力餡不會太甜 有一點點偏苦 因此吃起來不會太過甜膩 另外一個則是千層派 用開心果的餡料做成 因此外觀看起來有點青綠的顏色 很喜歡千層派咬起來的清脆 所以滿期待的 因為是新鮮的 所以咬下去就是卡茲的口感 個人很喜歡那種酥脆的fu 加上飽足的開心果餡料 一整個吃起來就很滿足 吃飽喝足 就得踏上歸途 很喜歡花蓮的好山好水 就待下次再來探訪囉~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.81.90.153
