【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】中國電子商務龍頭阿里巴巴與香港交易所（港交所）就IPO（Initial Public Offering，首次公開發行）計劃的談判，傳因雙方對股權結構的意見分歧，談判已告破裂，阿里巴巴將轉赴紐約上市。

分析師預估，阿里巴巴的IPO規模上看700億美元（約2.1兆元台幣），將為近年來科技業規模最大的IPO案之一。
