廖正井批黃世銘行徑是捅蜂窩

立法委員廖正井在司法法制委員會質詢檢察總長黃世銘時，批評黃的行徑是捅蜂窩。廖正井質疑特偵組對於曾勇夫涉及關說的指控，缺乏完整的證據，已造成公務人員人心惶惶。

廖正井表示自己也常常因為忙碌忘記處理選民案件，當面對選民詢問進度，只能說已經處理了，因此不能用監聽譯文中，王院長對柯建銘的說法斷定關說事實存在。廖正井痛批特偵組已成為個人政治鬥爭的工具，他會贊成廢除特偵組。
