報案電話多次轉來不及救人 新北消防局研議精進轉轄區機制

媒體報導新北市1名女子，前晚接獲住苗栗的一名女同學表示想不開想跳水輕生，急得趕緊向苗栗市和新北市警消多個單位報案，不料新北市警消以無法接受跨區報案等理由，讓她打了12通電話才向苗栗縣消防局完成報案，但已多花了23分鐘；警消到場已經來不及，女子的女同學已經跳水身亡。

對此新北市消防局今天表示，當時確有接到報案電話，但因為地址不明確，才給報案人苗栗消防局電話，但剛好給的電話是舊的，造成一些時間延誤，確實有疏失，是否因此對相關人員進行懲處，目前正調查中；而對於接獲其他縣市報案怎麼協助轉單位的機制，新北市消防局也說會研議做得更好的方式。
