江揆指示加速生技產業結構升級

　行政院政務會談上午聽取「臺灣生技產業起飛行動方案」專案報告。江揆除了再次要求落實兩岸在醫藥衛生合作協議，也要求加速創新導向的產業結構升級轉型，希望未來3年內，創造5至10項生技創新產品的成功案例，

　此外，設立於衛福部的醫療管理服務輸出專案辦公室，將於10月3日揭牌，拓展國際市場，預估每年可創造新台幣57億元產值。
