黃世銘越級報關說案　管碧玲批「不慚愧」

【綜合報導】最高檢特偵組是比照日本特搜部、韓國大檢察廳中央搜查部而設置，但立委管碧玲近午時指出，韓國的中央搜查部早已廢除，廢掉的理由就是政治偵防，她還調侃檢察總長黃世銘，要黃為引起政爭下台。
 
管碧玲說，黃世銘的辦案手法就是釣魚、誘捕、不傳當事人及越級上報做政治處理，結果引發9月政爭，管說黃「你還幹得下去」、「不臉紅」、「不慚愧」，她要廢掉特偵組，要黃下台。
