更生保護會推微電影　籲重視家庭勿生憾事

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆監獄於今年4月舉辦母親節作文比賽，其中第2名得獎者花嘉宏（30歲）作品「餅乾盒的秘密」，成為這次更生保護會拍攝微電影的題材；更生保護會希望藉由這部片長約30分鐘的微電影，能喚起民眾對家庭的重視，勿讓子欲養而親不待的遺憾發生。
