標題[請益] 艾克爾跟力成科技的選擇(非工程師)

最近面試了這兩家 力成是上星期四面試， 今早上收到通知3/2報到， 艾克爾是今天上午面試， 中午過後馬上就收到通知一樣是3/2報到。 力成這邊是品管員， 做二休二固定夜班， 薪資約28000。 艾克爾是助理技術員， 做三休三固定夜班， 薪資約29000， 目前就業服務站有缺工獎勵達18個月。 因為兩家都是封測大廠， 我有點拿不定方向... 對半導體不是很熟， 員工福利方面我也看不太出來決定性的差異， 好像論福利是力成優？季獎金是艾克爾多？ 想請問對這兩家比較認識的可以給點意見好嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.171.137.46 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1423831866.A.CFD.html
