頌伊弟病態瘦身　「餓到手抖才滿足」

韓國男星安宰賢因演出韓劇《來自星星的你》的「千頌伊弟弟」一角打響知名度，模特兒出身的他，日前在綜藝節目《Happy Together 3》上回憶當年辛酸，表示他為了減肥，常常過著只吃一餐的生活，更追求「餓到手發抖才滿足」的狀態，引發現場熱議。
 
安宰賢表示，剛當上模特兒時沒有簽任何經紀約，靠走路上班，廣告代言也都是自己找的。為了維護身材，他一天只吃一餐，通常是晚餐，雖然會吃些愛吃的，還是會嚴格控管卡路里，也因此常會餓到手發抖。（陳薈涵／綜合報導）
