瓦斯行設住宅區　面臨最重40萬元罰單

桃園市府經濟發展局今下午會同消防局、都發局及消保官至桃園區中原路查核設在住宅區的「德生瓦斯行」；因瓦斯行違規超量儲存、私設倉庫及小貨車上長期儲存 桶裝瓦斯等，將依消防法處以2萬元以上10萬元以下；另因瓦斯行違反都市計畫法禁止在住宅區經營液化石油氣之分裝、儲存及販賣等，將處以6萬元以上30萬元以下罰鍰，並將限令瓦斯行立即清運所有瓦斯桶。（張沛森／桃園報導）
