禽流感不用禽類食材　年菜改推爆鮮蝦

救國團澎湖青年活動中心連續兩年推出「年菜套餐專案」，因為價廉味美深獲好評，因此今年在歲末尾牙之際，以每桌含「9菜1湯1水果」，分成4000元及5000元兩種餐標，又再推出「金羊鴻運餐」應景年菜，即起至下月11日止開放預購，提供家庭、機關和團體，且內用還提供每桌2瓶飲料招待及免費KTV歡唱。

救國團澎湖青年活動中心劉秉申總幹事強調，該餐廳獲選為澎湖縣103年優良餐廳，除使用本地盛產的當令食材外，也避開禽流感換掉雞禽類食材，更標榜少油、少鹽、無味精的健康料理；尤其今年主推「紫菜三鮮羹」、「麻油爆鮮蝦」兩菜色，還是利用當季貓嶼鮮採的紫菜及麻油溫補效果，讓人享受美味，又能兼顧養生。（許逸民／澎湖報導）
