大家好，我雞婆幫朋友發問，情節如下。 先提朋友的薪資組成： 底 薪 14,000 職務加給 2,000 全 勤 2,000 專業津貼 3,000 教育津貼 2,000 ---------------- 合 計 23,000 朋友這個星期一（一月十二日）向台南市仁德區某間公司報到， 他做了一天覺得不適合，隔天星期二打電話提離職，也問怎麼跑離職程序。 今天下午（一月十五日星期四）他到公司辦完離職手續後， 提起工作一天的薪水問題， 行政人員告訴他，公司規定工作未滿三天不發薪水， 請問這條規定是否符合現行法律呢？ 朋友能領到薪水嗎？ 謝謝大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.39.105.103 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1421311129.A.1E1.html
