救高鐵交通部拼獎參修法不再推財改案

高鐵財務改善方案上周遭到否決，交通部長葉匡時請辭負責，今天上午立法院交通委員會審查《獎勵民間參與與交通建設條例》部分條文修正案，交通部代理部長陳建宇表示，希望盡快通過獎參條例修正案，以利未來接管時維持高鐵營運不中斷。

陳建宇指出，立法院這會期剩下兩周時間，要推出另外方案討論時間上已經來不及，最快的解決方式，是原始股東出資解決財務問題，原本原始股東應該出資25%，但現即使把特別股都計算在內，原始股東連2%都不到。

陳建宇表示，高鐵維持營運不中斷是最高指導原則，希望盡快通過獎參條例修正案，讓未來接管時能更順暢，也能維護現有員工的權益，否則高鐵營運一旦中斷對交通衝擊太大。

陳建宇強調，目前只望獎參條例修正案盡快通過，沒有其他的財務改善方案，如果有其他方案再來討論。
