今（21）日午後各地氣溫開始明顯下降，氣象局針對嘉義以北發布低溫特報，預估這波冷空氣最強的時間在今日晚上間到明（22）日清晨，台南以北及東北部最低溫11到12度，中部以北沿海及空曠地區有機會下探10度。

受到強烈大陸冷氣團影響，今日早晚溫差大，北部、東北部及中南部地區入夜溫度開始下滑，雨勢稍緩轉為乾冷天氣型態，台南以北及東北部最低溫11到12度，中部苗栗以北沿海及空曠地區下探10度。

氣象局指出，尤其苗栗、南投溫度有機會降到10度，另外島地區連江縣也可能下探9度，提醒大家今晚到明日清晨要適時添加保暖的衣物，並且留意抵抗力較弱的長輩、幼兒、及心血管疾病患者的健康狀況。
