大陸四川省1名愛滋男童日前遭同村村民連署要求搬離一事，大陸中央部門出面了解，要求當地政府協助這名兒童醫療、生活救助和入學。

綜合中國大陸媒體報導，大陸國家衛生和計劃生育委員會近日表示，將聯合有關部門印發通知，重申保障愛滋兒童就學、就醫及生活救助等基本權利的要求。

大陸國家衛計委還指出，將要求各地政府對上述政策執行情況進行督導檢查，國務院防治愛滋病工作委員會辦公室近期將組織抽查，確保各項政策切實落實。

大陸四川省西充縣的村民日前召開會議，有200多名村民連署要求1名8歲愛滋病童坤坤搬離村莊。

此事經媒體報導後，引發各方議論。大陸國家衛計委員已要求四川衛計委做好相關協助工作。

聯合國愛滋防治計畫（UNAIDS）日前也發出聲明，認為此舉違反患者最基本人權，也違反大陸愛滋病防治條例。(中央社)
