倪重華出招　推特色音樂成捷運響鈴

準台北市長柯文哲今辦市政團隊共識營，下午分組討論時，準文化局長倪重華立即提出創意點子，可推出「捷運地景音樂」，也就是捷運到站提醒聲、響鈴不再使用機械式聲音，可採用符合該站地方特色的音樂，讓乘客一聽到音樂就知道到了哪一站。

柯辦人士舉例，例如到劍潭站就響起士林夜市叫賣聲、到北投站就響起那卡西樂曲，甚至到了淡水站就響起流浪到淡水的音樂。但詳細推動方式，仍要進一步規劃。

據轉述，倪重華這個想法並非首創，日本許多地鐵站的到站音樂都與當地特色結合，甚至還推出手機鈴聲供民眾下載。而倪認為，交通系統包括捷運、公車，通勤者多半處於緊張、沈悶的情緒中，若採用地景音樂，可讓民眾舒緩情緒。（黃揚明／台北報導）
