宿舍不足 教部規劃大學青年城

【記者曾美霞台北報導】學生人數減少，也衍生宿舍不足問題。全國有22萬名大專生必須在校外租房子形成社會問題。教育部正規劃「青年創意生活城」，打破學校界線，滿足區域內的大專及青年住宿需求。

台北商業大學學生向總統馬英九陳情，指北商大校區狹小，4000多位學生沒有宿舍可住，必須負擔昂貴的租屋費用，承受高額生活費，希望政府改善。

根據教育部統計，全國大專日間部約有110萬名學生，而宿舍床位數僅有約32萬8000床，供給率不到3成。約有22萬名學生賃居校外，進一步調查原因，其中約有6萬人是申請不到宿舍，被迫自行租屋。

教育部表示，受到少子化影響，未來大專生人數降大幅下降，但學生賃居校外比例最高集中在六大直轄市，這些區域的大專，受到少子化衝擊較小，宿舍供應仍然吃緊。2014/12/21
