涂醒哲競選總部22日下午3點召開記者會，駁斥上午嘉義市長黃敏惠指控涂醒哲陣營造謠、賄選查無證據等說法，同時呼籲檢察官加快偵查進度，並出面說明。

日前有市民檢舉陳以真陣營賄選，原告代理人曾琮愷聲明：

一、檢察官昨日(11/21)下午才展開調查，時隔不到24小時，事證仍在調查中，黃敏惠和陳以真沒有資格公開聲稱「查無賄選證據」，再有此說法，涂營一定提告！請黃敏惠不要為了掩護陳以真而失去一個市長的高度。

二、請檢察官加快腳步蒐證，賄選鈔票上的指紋、通聯記錄、路口監視器、鄰近民宅監視器，檢察官應該進一步搜查，不要受外力干預。

三、曾琮愷再次強調，全案已經進入司法調查，排除涂營自導自演的可能性，因此針對陳以真陣營先前指控「自導自演」的不實說法，涂營擬蒐證提告。

曾琮愷表示，嘉義市賄選風氣已嚴重危及選舉公正性，呼籲檢察官儘速辦案，同時調閱通聯紀錄和路口監視器紀錄，不要因為擔心對選情的衝擊。更要呼籲市政府維持基本的「行政中立」，不要破壞民眾對市府的信任。
