幫忙一下!!小紅傘到底要怎麼完全刪除乾淨

以前就知道小紅傘刪除聽說很麻煩，可是之前電腦有用小紅傘免費版的
最近打算用卡巴斯基附費版了，只不過他得起動那邊並沒有反安裝的選項
爬了一些文章，有人有提供不知道是不是他自製的反安裝，可是自己實在不敢亂下載

自己去新增移除程式，可是小紅傘的圖示卻有2個，也不知道該從哪開始刪除
這些刪除之後就會比較乾淨了嗎??

PS 另外請問用卡巴斯基 電腦會因此跑得更慢嘛? 因為之前是因為小紅傘說不吃資源才灌的
