關於木地板的問題

我家客廳和餐廳磁磚突然突起來(澎龜)
目前在掙扎要鋪木地板還是磁磚
我們比較傾向木地板的選擇

鋪木地板問題
1. 如果不想敲全部的磁磚，想敲掉並鋪平膨起的部分，木地板直接鋪的話，將來如果遇到底下磁磚再爆掉是不是又要砍掉重練? 還是有聽說把敲起來有空心聲音的磁磚稍微切個縫，就可以直接鋪了?
2. 我們有小孩，是不是比較適合超耐磨的地板?
3. 台中有甚麼推薦的木地板商家嗎? 目前考慮QS，EGGER，伊諾華
