一名已婚男子外遇有小三，妻子查看丈夫手機，竟發現有13張男女下體特寫的照片，她憤而提告2人通姦。被控告的2人否認照片人物並非他們，檢方也認為照片呈現僅能確定是男女下體的特寫，但無法證明有性器接合，因此將2人不起訴處分。
