想說再買個夾式的濾藍光鏡片來加裝就好了

想請問各位達人
夾式和一般近視＋濾藍光鏡片效果有差嗎
市面上有比較推薦的品牌嗎
在ＰＣ家有看到ＥＬＥＣＯＭ的夾式濾藍光鏡片
算是大品牌嗎
濾50％夠用嗎

或是有其他推薦的品牌嗎
