請問原廠"燃燒積碳清洗"

MK4柴莽140P(二手)，
回原廠保養(第一次)，
原廠列了這一項"燃燒積碳清洗"，
我問說不是都是拆節器門跟EGR下來洗嗎?
接待說:用氫氧機洗就很乾淨，8萬公里左右洗一次。

我有洗，
可是洗前洗後沒啥感覺就是了!!

另外其它三項洗劑(紅線)
應該可以刪吧!!??

另外，
請問:
發電機皮帶跟正時皮帶，
多久要換??
8萬??12萬??
接待回我說:會請技師看皮帶狀況，與里程無關。
是這樣嗎??
