神速　陸生讀三年獲中山博士

首位取得台灣博士學位的陸生，出現在高雄中山大學。來自中國福建的陸生劉積亮，是三年前首批來台的陸生之一，經苦讀順利在三年內就取得中山大學中國與亞太區域研究所博士學位，將返回中國在智庫機構任職。

劉積亮雖然創紀錄在三年內就取得博士學位，是中山亞太所第一人，也是首位拿到博士的陸生，但他個性低調不願出面受訪，中山亞太所所長顧長永說，劉積亮「認真、積極，有規劃」，第一年就修完博士生課程，一年多就取得候選人資格，也依照規定發表兩篇學術論文與參與研討會等要求。

今年卅歲的劉積亮，北京師範大學生物科學系、北京大學教育經濟與管理研究所碩士，2011年進入中山大學中國與亞太區域研究所博士班，就讀期間曾到英國進行為期半年學術交流，博士論文研究主題為中國非政府組織。（周昭平／高雄報導）
