不爽女顧客常找碴　女電信員工擅報掛失門號整「奧客」

這樣整人也太過分了吧？一名亞太電信的門市女銷售員，因不滿一名女性顧客多次刁難，認為對方一再找碴，竟然把對方的門號申請掛失，並要求限制通話和發話，整整她認為的「奧客」。檢方偵辦後依違反個資保護法與偽造文書起訴她。

檢警偵辦後發現，該名25歲的女店員，在台中市的公益路門市從事銷售人員，但在去年6月時，一名女顧客到門是來買手機，之後卻因為維修和要求贈品等問題，一再要求門市人員處理。

當時都是由該名女店員和女顧客接洽，多次之後她認為對方過多的要求是「奧客」，竟然突發奇想要「整整」對方。根據《自由時報》報導，女店員因見對方常來店裡，因此留有個人資料，查詢得知後竟冒用她名義，去電到客服部門佯稱手機遺失要申請掛失，並限制通話和發話。

事後女顧客查覺有異，得知遭對方惡整後報警提告；警方調查後將女店員送辦，檢方依違反個資保護法和偽造文書等罪嫌起訴。
